Milestone Awards

Criteria for OHSVCA Milestone Awards

** CANNOT combine different levels of wins. i.e. – Varsity, Junior Varsity, Freshmen

Varsity Coach (only Ohio High School Varsity wins)

  1. Must be a member of the association for a minimum of 3 years for 100 wins award
  2. Must be a member of the association for a minimum of 6 years for 200 wins award
  3. Must be a member of the association for a minimum of 9 years for 300 wins award
  4. Must be a member of the association for a minimum of 12 years for 400 wins award
  5. Must be a member of the association for a minimum of 15 years for 500 wins award
  6. Must be a member of the association for a minimum of 18 years for 600 wins award
  7. Must be a member of the association for a minimum of 21 years for 700 wins award
  8. Must be a member of the association for a minimum of 24 years for 800 wins award

*Lifetime Members do not have to follow the minimum years.

100 wins:
200 wins:
300 wins:
400 wins:
500 wins:
600 wins:
700 wins:
800 wins:
900 wins:

Lower levels (Junior Varsity, Freshmen, Junior High)
Must be a member of the association (wins have to come from the same level you are applying)

  1. Must be a member of the association for a minimum of 3 years for 100 wins award
  2. Must be a member of the association for a minimum of 6 years for 200 wins award
  3. Must be a member of the association for a minimum of 9 years for 300 wins award

100 wins – Certificate
200 wins – Plaque
300 wins – Desk Clock

Milestone Awards Form

The milestone system has been changed. If you have not received your milestone award that was submitted in the last couple of years, you will need to resubmit using the new form.
